(b) The Port Trust shall, if the estimate is so

returned by the Governor, forthwith reconsider the

same, and shall re-submit the estimate, amended or

not amended as the Port Trust may decide to the

Governor in Council. Upon the receipt thereof the

Governor in Council may either accept or amend the

same.

(c) An abstract of the estimate, as finally approved by

the Governor in Council shall be published in the

Gazette and a complete copy of the estimate shall be

open to inspection by the public at the office of

the Port Trust.

Commissimers

(a) The Port Trust may, at any time during the year for

which such estimate has been sanctioned, cause a

supplementary estimate to be prepared and submitted

to them.

(b) Every such supplementary estimate passed by the

Port Trust shall be submitted for approval to the

Governor in Council in the same manner as if it were

an original annual estimate and the provisions of

sub-section 2 shall apply.

(a) The accounts of the Port Trust shall be examined

and audited in such manner as the Governor in

Council may direct.

(b) The Port Trust shall annually, or more often if so

directed by the Governor in Council submit statements

of their receipts and disbursements and other

accounts in such form and at such time as the

Governor in Council may direct, and a copy of all

statements so sent to the Governor shall be open to

the inspection of the public at the office of the

Port Trust.
